[Pink] argues that the person who understands the big picture, how to bring people together, and create a unique idea are the ones who will succeed in this global economy.” I think this has always been true to some extent but is emerging even more so now. Even in a traditional corporation, the higher echelons of an organization understand the big picture and are rewarded based on this knowledge. Your comments on systems theory as they relate to an individual's career parth are the first I've come across and are intriguing. Great insight!
