Something I am starting. Good to see someone successful doing it. Thanks Rebecca!
I went on house tour with Gary Hoover, (Hoovers.com, Book Stop Books, etc) who has collected his notes for years. He has them numbered like a volume set too. It’s a great idea which I’ve adopted as well.
I’ve just started my “Idea Book” collections as well, numbered by volume lol
It’s so essential these days
@ Eric – You don’t define yourself as already successful? You should… :)
@ Adam – I’ve heard a similar thing about Andy Warohl who takes everything on his desk at the end of the month and sweeps it into a box and files it away. Crazy. But cool.
@ Andre – Neat. It’s so much fun to look these over after a few days, weeks, months, years, well you get the idea ;)
I always write my ideas down. After way too many times of having the perfect idea, and then forgetting it because I thought I’d remember it, I’ve started carrying a notebook everywhere I go.
Definitely handy… and I love looking back at old ones and seeing things that I forgot I wrote. (Especially when it’s something really good.)

You should get a Moleskine.
